Why join ASNFD, a naturopath association in Switzerland?

Français · Deutsch · Italiano · English

Are you practising naturopathy in Switzerland or preparing to enter the profession? Joining a naturopath association in Switzerland gives you access to information, resources and opportunities for exchange beyond your practice or training. ASNFD offers membership pathways for holders of the Swiss federal diploma, practitioners without that diploma and students.

Explore the benefits and find a category that matches your situation. Read the ASNFD membership conditions.

25% off courses for every membership category

Continuing education is a practical membership benefit: all members receive 25% off courses, regardless of their category. Before enrolling, contact the secretariat to confirm the discount arrangements and practical details.

Browse the available training to find topics relevant to your professional development.

Resources for your professional development

The member area brings together studies, guides and tools available according to your membership category. These resources help you find useful documents and organise your professional approach. Content reserved for Swiss federal diploma holders remains separate from material offered through other pathways.

You can also access association information through the ASNFD app, in your browser or from your home screen.

Exchange between practitioners and students

The forum and classifieds provide places to ask questions, share information and browse offers. Internship, collaboration and equipment opportunities depend on the advertisements actually received and approved; availability is not guaranteed.

Students can use these spaces alongside their training. Practising members can maintain professional connections and follow association activities.

Can you join without a Swiss federal diploma?

Yes. A dedicated pathway is available for naturopaths without the Swiss federal diploma at CHF 300 per year. It includes studies, guides, the general forum, classifieds and practice-development information. A section also supports the pathway towards the federal diploma. Documents reserved exclusively for diploma holders are not included.

Association membership and holding the federal diploma are separate matters. ASNFD membership does not replace a qualification or authorisation to practise.

Membership categories and annual fees

• Swiss federal diploma holders: CHF 500 per year, under regular membership conditions.
• Without a Swiss federal diploma: CHF 300 per year, with adapted access.
• Students: CHF 150 per year.
• Supporting members: CHF 350 per year.
• International members: CHF 600 per year, with access assigned after credentials are reviewed.

For new regular memberships, published conditions include a CHF 100 application-processing fee and an annual amount adjusted to the joining month. Check the current fees and conditions and ask the secretariat which arrangements apply to your category.
